Platteview held off visiting Roncalli in the fourth quarter to score a 47-41 win.

The Trojans' 28-22 halftime lead was down to 40-38 with 1:14 left in the game. Coming off a time out, sophomore Joe Dalton hit a 2-foot jumper on the inbounds play along the baseline. Junior Brooks Erhart then hit four free throws inside the final minute to help secure Platteview’s seventh victory of the season.

“This was probably one of our best all around games all year,” said Platteview coach James Shada. “I was especially proud of how we finished, by making free throws and putting the game away.”

Erhart led Platteview with 10 points.
